change the action

In vista or windows-7 u find a shutdown button in start menu..by default it's lable and action is to SHUTDOWN. If u want to change the action of button

• right click on start orb 
• select properties
• choose start menu tab
• choose required action.

thats it .. wow u changed the functionality of that button...! isn't this short & sweet...?
